SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the text messages Sndiq sends to you about your own account and our services. Messages you receive from a business that uses Sndiq to send its texts are governed by that business's own terms; to stop them, reply STOP to that business's number.

Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on sndiq.com or in the Sndiq app, you agree to receive text messages from Sndiq at the number provided.

Messages may include account notifications, service updates, customer care messages, promotional offers, marketing communications, and other information related to products and services offered or promoted by Sndiq.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Sndiq. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. After you send a STOP request, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further texts from that program unless you opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to any text message from Sndiq, or email [email protected].

Your number

You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. If you change or give up that number, opt out first or tell us so we stop texting it.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact

Sndiq may modify these SMS Terms or discontinue its SMS messaging program at any time. Updates to these terms will be posted on sndiq.com.
